Adds a Rule to the Rule List.

DESCRIPTION

Adds a Rule to the Rule List within Published Items.

PARAMETERS


-Enabled <bool>
Whether the new rule will be enabled or disabled.

-RuleName <string>
The name of the rule to add to the Criteria.
